U7 Discovery
For Brand New Skaters
U7 Discovery is designed for young players who are just learning to skate while wearing full hockey equipment. The focus is on fun, confidence, basic skating, and introducing early hockey skills in a supportive environment.

Certified instructors with approximately a 1:10 ratio.
What Sessions Look Like
Sessions follow the ProSmart Hockey Learning System, based on Hockey Canada’s Initiation Program curriculum. Players rotate through teaching stations designed to build skating confidence and introduce early hockey skills.

- Rotational teaching stations
- Phase 1 development drills
