U7 Timbits Hockey

A Great First Step into Hockey

North SEERA’s U7 Timbits program is designed for young players ages 4 to 6. The focus is on fun, confidence, basic skating, early hockey skills, and helping players build a love for the game.

What to Expect

  • The U7 season typically runs from early October to early March.
  • Preseason skates are held in September to help place players appropriately.
  • Players are assigned to small teams with coaches supporting each group.
  • Teams within each U7 category may share the ice for practices or sessions.
  • Midseason movement may occur to better align players with appropriate peer groups.
  • The season may include TIMBITS Jamborees during the year.
