Refund Policy
U7 Programs
- Withdraw within 30 days: Full refund minus $25 admin fee
- Withdraw after 30 days: No refund
- Medical Exception: Requests before Nov 30 will be reviewed
U9–U13 Programs
- Before evaluations: Full refund minus $25 admin fee
- During evaluations: 50% refund minus $25 admin fee
- After teams are formed: No refund
- Medical Exception: Requests before Nov 30 will be reviewed
